ZULU ZESTY RIBS
 
Ingredients:
4 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
Sauce:
1 Cup Red Wine
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
8 Garlic cloves minced
3/4 Cup Zulu Sauce

Procedure:
Cut Ribs individually and place in baking pan lined up tightly next to each other. Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl then pour over the ribs and place in oven at 250 degrees for the 1st hour. After the 1st hour turn up the oven to 350 degrees for the 2nd hour. Finally turn up the oven to 375 degrees for the 3rd and final hour. Garnish: Toasted Coconut shaving work well on top as well as extra Zulu sauce to spice it up a little.
