XHOSA CHICKEN TANDORI STYLE

Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken cut into 10 pieces

Sauce:
2 Pints Sour Cream
1 Cup Xhosa Sauce

Procedure:
Cut your chicken into pieces and then pull the skin off each piece and score the meat to the bone 1 to 2 slices per piece of meat. Next take a bowl and combine the ingredients for the sauce and then place the chicken in the bowl and coat each piece well.

Suggestions:
Marinate this chicken in the sauce in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Place chicken on grill at medium to high heat till cooked. Then ready to serve..
