SHRIMP XHOSA

Ingredients:
1/2 Lb. Shrimp
1/4 Lb. Butter
1/2 Juice of a Lemon
1 TBLS Honey
1/4 Tsp. Salt to taste
1/2 TBLS Soy Sauce
2 TBLS Xhosa Sauce

Procedure:
Clean and de-vein shrimp. Sauté butter, honey, soy and Xhosa sauce with shrimp till shrimp turns pink. Ready to serve.

Garnish:
Sliced lemon and halved cherry tomatoes place on platter. Use colorful peppers to decorate plate.
Options:
Serve as a side dish or over rice. Use 1/2 TBLS Soy sauce instead of Salt.

Use sliced Red bell peppers and Red Cabbage shredded.
