STRAWBERRY PINE NUT CHICKEN

Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts sauté
1 oz. Pine Nuts
10 Strawberries Med.
1/2 C. Cream
2 TBLS Xhosa Sauce
1 TBLS Butter

Procedure:
Brown chicken breast in a Teflon Pan till fully cooked. Then slice the chicken breast at a diagonal and place on a warm plate. Then place strawberries, Xhosa sauce, nuts, cream and butter into a Teflon pan and bring to a boil for approx. 4 minutes. After sauce and strawberries have cooked pour over chicken breast and serve.
