XHOSA SCALLOP PUFF PASTRY

Ingredients:
8 oz. Sea Scallops
2 oz. Sliced water chestnuts
3 TBLS Xhosa Sauce
Cilantro Parmesan Cheese

Puff Pastry Sauce:
3/4 Cup Cream
1/3 Cup Xhosa Sauce

Procedure:
Dice scallops into fourths then mix the above ingredients in a bowl except for the puff pastry. Next cut the puff pastry sheet into pieces about 3 x 6 inches and place mixture in the center of pastry and fold over the pastry so both edges tough length ways. You may have to stretch the dough a little. Use a fork to press the edges together for baking. Place in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
