LOBSTER IN PUFF PASTRY

Ingredients:
12 oz. Lobster Tail
1 oz. Vodka
1 Garlic clove diced
3 TBLS Xhosa Sauce
1 Green Scallion
1 Oz. Butter
2 TBLS Parmesan cheese
1/3 C. Cream
1 Box Puff Pastry Shells

Procedure:
Bake off puff pastry shells per instructions. While shells are baking, cut lobster into 1/2 inch slices and place the remaining ingredients in a pan at high heat and sauté until mixture thickens. Spoon ingredients into puff pastry and serve immediately..
