Ingredients:
2 dozen large Mushrooms
1/2 Lb. Crab Meat
1/2 C. Xhosa Sauce
1/2 Cup good red wine
Procedure:
Mix crab and Xhosa sauce in a bowl then stuff mushroom caps and
place in baking dish. Next pour the wine into the pan and bake at
400 degrees until the mushrooms are soft and juicy, about 20 minutes..
