CHOPPED SIRLION WITH PATOTO

Ingredients:
1 oz. Swazi Sauce
1 Lbs. Sirloin
1 Sm. Russet Potato
2 Eggs
1 C. Bread Crumbs
2 Oz. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C. Oil Sauce
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1/2 C. Swazi Sauce

Procedure:
In a bowl combine the finely chopped sirloin, 1 mashed Potato, 1 oz. Swazi Sauce, eggs, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix all together thoroughly and form 1/2 inch balls, then sauté in oil. In another pan make the sauce and bring to a boil. Place sauce over meatballs and serve..
