SWAZI CASHEW SHRIMP ROLLS
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Raw Shrimp
3 oz. Cashews chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 TBLS. Toasted Sesame seeds
1 pkg. Wonton skins
20 Fresh Basil Leaves
1/3 Cup Swazi Sauce
3 Scallions chopped
1 Cup Oil

Swazi Dip:
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Swazi Sauce
1 Tsp. Honey

Procedure:
Clean and de-vein your shrimp. Wash your basil leaves. In a food processor combine shrimp, toasted sesame seeds, Swazi Sauce, , garlic, basil leaves and scallions and blend for a few seconds. Then fold in chopped cashews
