EYE WITH ZULU SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 C. Red wine
3 cloves garlic minced
3 Red Peppers julienne
3 Rib eye Steaks
1/2 C. Zulu Sauce
1 C. chopped Basil leaves
1 C. Whipping Cream
Procedure:
Sauté peppers, wine, Zulu sauce and garlic until the wine has cooked
away using a medium heat, this way the peppers will have time to cook.
Once the wine has all evaporated turn heat off let cool ten minutes
and place your steaks on the grill. Then place whipping cream and
basil leaves into the pan and bring to a low boil. Keep cooking and
stirring the sauce until it is the thickness you would like, preferably
not runny. Then pour sauce over steaks and serve. . |
