Ingredients:
4 Lg. Peaches cubed
2 TBLS Butter
2 Lb. Shrimp
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 Cup Malawi Gold
1 TBLS Sesame Oil
3 TBLS Honey
1/4 Cup Cream
Procedure:
Clean and de-vein the shrimp. Sauté butter, sesame oil, and Malawi
Gold and lime juice. Add peaches and finish off with the cream.
Add shrimp and cook till pink. Garnish: Julienne green onions and
add almonds on top. Options: Serve over Rice Noodles with shredded
Coconut.
