POTATO AND CAULIFLOWER SAUTE

Ingredients: (vegetarian)
1 small Onion chopped
2 cloves of Garlic chopped
1 C. White wine
1/2 of a Cauliflower
3/4 Lb. Red new potatoes
1 C. Raisins
1 Tbsp. Chicken Base
1/2 C. Malawi Gold Sauce
3 cups water

Procedure:
Place the above ingredients into a large pan or pot. Bring to a medium boil and let cook with lid off. Cook until you get both a thick sauce and potatoes and cauliflower are soft. If needed add water to cook longer. Hints: Serve on top of a bed of rice.
