PORK CHOP ZULU
Ingredients:
2 Lb. Sirloin Steak cubed
15 pieces
1 TBLS Corn Starch
1/2 Cup White or Red Wine
1/2 Cup Water
2 TBLS Honey
2 Cups chopped Tomato
5 TBLS Peanut Oil
2 TBLS Tomato Paste
2 TBLS Corn Starch
4 TBLS Zulu Fire Sauce
1 TBLS Beef Bouillon
1 Cup Raw Rice
2 Cups chopped yellow Onion
4 Cloves Garlic

Procedure:
Prepare 1 Cup Raw Rice per instructions on package. Dust beef with 2 TBLS cornstarch and sauté in peanut oil till brown then set aside. Next sauté onions, tomatoes, garlic and tomato paste in white wine until mixture is reduced by 2/3. Fully dissolve 1 TBLS of Cornstarch in 1/2 Cup of cold water then add honey and Beef bouillon, stir and add to mixture. Add beef back in and serve over rice.
Hints: Garnish with 1/2 Cup green onions and colorful peppers.
Options: If you wish to make this a stew simply add an extra Cup of water and cook all ingredients on low heat for 1/2 hour..
