ZULU
PORK CHILLI
|
Ingredients:
4 Lb. cubed Pork
3 medium Vidalia or Maui Onions
5 large cloves of Garlic minced
2 shots of Tequila
1 bottle of Beer
1 (8.5) oz. bottle of Sun Dried Tomatoes or Tomato Paste
2 (12) oz. Cans of crushed Tomatoes in puree
7-1/2 oz. Can diced Green Chilies
2 C. Water 1/2 C. Zulu Sauce
Procedure:
Cut pork in cubes about half in squared, chop the onions any way you
like and throw into a large pot stir consistently on a high heat,
cook off all the liquid and then brown the meat and onions. Then put
the remaining ingredients in as well. Bring to a boil and lower stove
to a very low boil. Cook the chili for two hours plus, adding as much
water as needed to keep the chili from becoming to thick and sticking
to the bottom of the pot. . |
