POLENTA AND MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:
1/2 Lbs. Mushrooms
3 TBLS Swazi Sauce
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1 TBLS Butter
1/2 C. White Wine
1/3 C. Sliced Red Onions
8 oz. Cooked and packaged Polenta
1/2 C. Sour Cream
5 TBLS Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Procedure:
Grill Polenta (already prepared polenta) cut into 3/4 inch slices and basted with extra virgin olive oil on high heat. In a separate pan place the remaining ingredients (except sour cream) and sauté until mixture becomes dry then stir in sour cream and thicken for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour mixture over grilled Polenta and serve.
