Ingredients:
1/4 Lb. Mushrooms
2 Tsp. Lime Juice
1/4 Lb. Shrimp
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Med. Chopped Onion
1/4 Cube of Butter
1/2 Cup Malawi Gold
1/4 Cup Cream
2 TBLS Stoneground Mustard
2 TBLS Honey
Procedure:
Sauté onions and mushrooms on medium heat for 4 minutes. Clean and
de-vein the shrimp. Next combine honey, mustard, Malawi Gold and
shrimp to pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes till shrimp is pink. Lastly,
add Cream and stir for 1 minute then serve.
Garnish:
Add sliced Oranges, Red Cabbage and Green Onions.
Hint:
Serve over Rice or Noodles and add Bean Sprouts.
