MALAWI WOWI LOBSTER TAILS

Ingredients:
/4 Cup Malawi Sauce
3/4 Cup White Wine
4 cloves Garlic minced
1/2 stick of butter
10 to 15 small lobster tails (or two large lobster tails)
4 Lemons

Procedure:
Rinse your lobster tails and cut them down the belly (large tails cut in half). In pan sauté butter, garlic, wine and Malawi Sauce till wine is reduced then place lobsters belly down and cook for about 10 minutes. When cooked place on plate and squeeze Lemon juice on top and serve. Options: Use any type of Lobster Tails from Maine to Rock to Spiny.
