Ingredients:
1 Lbs. Lamb Loin
8 Sm. New Red Potatoes cooked
4 Halved Apricots
1 Sm. Red Onion Basting Sauce
2 oz. Zulu Sauce 2 oz. Honey
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 oz. Cilantro Squeeze of Lime
Procedure: Pre-cook potatoes then skewer cubed lamb, onions,
potatoes and apricots and place on the grill at high heat and brush
with basting sauce. Serve when cooked hot.. |
