VEGGIE FRITTERS
Ingredients:
1/2 C. Red Onion
1/2 C. Green Anaheim Chilies no Seeds
1 C. Flour 1/2 C. Corn
3/4 C. Water
2 C. Vegetable Oil Sauce
1/3 C. Zulu Sauce
1/3 C. Honey

Procedure:
Mix above ingredients till batter is thick then fry in 2 cups of oil in a 9 inch pan until fritters are dark brown and crispy. Combine sauce ingredients and serve on the side for dipping..
