FISH TACOS
Ingredients:
1/2 Lbs. Sea Bass
1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
6 Tortillas
2 Garlic cloves minced
1/2 Avocado
1 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
1 TBLS Zulu Sauce
1 Egg well Beaten
4 TBLS Oil 1 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1 TBLS Honey Sauce
1/4 Zulu Sauce
1/4 C. Cream
2 TBLS Honey

Procedure:
Cut fish into approx. 1/2 inch strips about 6 inches long. Marinate the fish in the above ingredients with the exception of the Tortillas. Then roll the strips in the Japanese breadcrumbs and fry at high heat with a 1/2 C. vegetable oil until brown on all sides. Warm your tortillas on the stove and top with sliced avocado and slices of tomato and special Zulu sauce. Sauce: In a pan combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil till thick.
