CRAB CHOWDER

Ingredients:
Rue 5 cloves Garlic diced
1 large Medallion Onion chopped
1/2 C. chopped Cilantro
1-diced Pepper
3 Tbsp Chicken Base
1/2 C. Swazi Sauce
1/2 gallon of Milk
1 C. Corn
1 Lb. Imitation or real Crab Meat

Procedure:
After you make your rue stir in wine and garlic, this will make an even bigger thicker paste, keep stirring while slowly adding the milk. If you get any lumps they should dissolve using a whisk. Then add the rest of the ingredients except crab. Keep cooking soup at a medium boil for about 20 minutes then stir in crabs and serve after about five minutes of additional cooking.
