LAMB OR BEEF SWAZI
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Lb. Of Lamb leg or Shoulder
1/4 Cup Swazi Sauce
1 Cup diced Onions
3 cloves minced Garlic
1/2 diced Tomato
1/3 Cup White wine
2 TBLS Honey
3 TBLS Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Cream
1/2 chopped Tomato

Procedure:
Place Lamb in baking dish cover with onions, honey, Swazi Sauce, garlic, wine and olive oil. Place in oven at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Next remove Lamb pieces from dish and set aside. Then put remaining juices in a sauce pan and bring to a boil and slowly add cream and tomatoes. Sauce is now ready to place over the lamb and serve.
